Cholinesterase activities in mouse brain homogenates were measured after the passive avoidance test retention trial. Values are expressed as the means ± S.E.M. of acetylthiocholine concentrations hydrolyzed by cholinesterase preparation of brain homogenate for 1 h (n = 6 mice/group).
