Study compounds were applied to the shaved dorsal skin of mice for 21 days, and hair growth was evaluated by the scoring index: 0~10%(−), 11~30% (+), 31~50% (++), 51~70% (+++), 71~90% (+++), 90~100% (+++++). Ctrl, non-treated normal; MIN, minoxidil 5%; ET20/40, ethanol extract 20/40 mg/kg; FR20/40, fraction 20/40 mg/kg.
